How do I contact a teacher?
- You can use the member’s page direct message feature. Simply click on the teacher’s name from the dashboard, classroom, or members page. Then click the send message button on their profile to create a new direct message. You can search for teachers, staff and other parents in the members page.
- Teachers also all have a faith center email. It will be their first letter of their first name followed by last name@faithcenterarts.org. Example: BBriggs@faithcenterarts.org or CPomante@faithcenterarts.org
I need to change my or my child's email/password
- You can change your own email and password by going to your my settings located in the top right drop down menu and go to the login information tab. To change an email or password for a child account, log in as them (you can see their email/password on your dashboard) and follow the same steps in my settings/login information.
I forgot I have another child... where can I add them?
- You can add additional children at the bottom of the My Account page. Make sure to use a unique email that’s different from your own account!
I want to pay my remaining tuition balance in full.
What items do I need for each class?
- Each teacher will have the requirements and supplies needed for the class listed in the discussions tab of the classroom page. If you don’t see it there you can send the teacher a direct message to find out what supplies, if any, are needed.
Where can I view my billing information?
- You can view all your account information on the My Account page. This page will include your membership payments, class purchases, and total class credits remaining.
